Water does not stop moving once it gets in. A stain on your ceiling right now means water has already been sitting somewhere in your structure — on the decking, in the insulation, or against a wall framing. The longer it sits, the more it costs to fix.
LRD Construction handles water leak repair across Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley. We find the source, stop the entry point, and repair the damage. That covers everything from a roof leak showing up on your ceiling after rain to a slow hidden leak that has been going on longer than you realize.
Do not wait on this. Call us at 479-750-4422. Water moves fast through a structure and damage adds up by the day.
Before we get there, do these four things:
Put a bucket under any active drip
Move furniture and valuables away from the wet area
Take photos of the damage before touching anything
Call us — do not wait to see if it stops on its own
These are the situations that come up most often in Northwest Arkansas:
The location of the stain or drip is almost never where the water is actually entering. Water runs along rafters, down studs, and across the top of your ceiling before it drops. We trace it back to the source.
finding the actual source, not just where the water shows up
hingles, flashing, ridge, valleys, and penetrations like vents and chimneys
once the entry point is fixed, we address the interior damage
around windows, doors, and any roof to wall transitions
where water gets into the roof edge and works down behind the wall
when gutters have been backing up against the fascia or wall for a long time
caulk and sealant failures around penetrations that let water in
We look at the interior damage first to understand where water has been moving. Then we go to the exterior, whether that is the roof, the wall, or the area around a window or penetration, and work back toward where it is entering.
This step takes time to do right. A leak at the chimney flashing can show up as a wet spot ten feet away on the ceiling. We do not guess. We trace the path until we find the entry point.
Once we know where it is coming from, that gets fixed first. New flashing, shingle repair, sealant replacement, whatever the source requires. The structure cannot dry out until water stops getting in.
After the entry point is sealed, we address what the water did inside. That could be replacing damaged decking, patching drywall, or treating an area where moisture has been sitting. We do not cover over wet material.
We look at the repair from the outside and inside before we leave. If there is any question about whether it is sealed, we run water over the area and check the interior.

We find where water enters before we repair anything
You know what we found, what it needs, and what it costs
We handle water leak repair across Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas River Valley. Springdale is home base. This region sees heavy spring rain, summer storms, and enough freeze and thaw in winter to work flashing loose and open up gaps that were sealed fine the year before.
If you are in Northwest Arkansas or the River Valley and are not sure if we cover your location, call us. Address: 16670 E Hwy 412, Springdale, AR 72764.
It depends on where the leak is coming from and how long it has been going. A flashing repair around a vent is far less than a situation where water has been sitting in the decking for months. We give you a firm number after we inspect it. Call us for a free estimate.
We prioritize active leaks. In most cases we can get someone out within a day or two. If you have rain coming and need a temporary cover while we schedule, we handle that too.
Yes. A slow drip over a few weeks will soak insulation completely, rot wood framing, and create a mold problem. By the time a stain appears on your ceiling, water has usually been moving through the structure for longer than it looks. Finding it early always costs less.
We start with the interior damage and work backwards. Water travels along framing members before it drips, so the stain is often far from the entry point. We check the attic, the roof, and the exterior wall systematically until we find where it is getting in. We do not patch the interior until we know the source is sealed.
Yes. A stain that is not actively dripping means water entered at some point and has been sitting in the material above the ceiling. It may not be actively leaking right now, but the moisture is still there. We need to find out whether it dried out or is still wet before deciding what to do.
It depends on the cause. Sudden storm damage is typically covered. A leak that developed slowly over time from wear is usually not. We can document what we find for your adjuster if you are going through a claim.
Put something under any active drip, move valuables out of the area, take photos before you touch anything, and call us. Do not wait to see if the rain stops and the drip goes away on its own. It will return.
Yes. We seal the entry point first, then address what the water damaged inside. We do not seal the outside and leave wet drywall or rotted wood in place. Both issues get handled.
